VINTAGE KARS RUG FROM TURKEY WITH ANTIQUE WASH
This reclaimed vintage rug is a hand-knotted piece from Turkey. Made by the Karzak tribe of Kars, Turkey, an area known for its distinctive rugs, this piece is one of excellent craftsmanship and condition. Made decades ago, the color and knotting of this piece has held, and is sure to remain, steadfast. This rug has also been washed to remove some of the dye and give it a more muted and neutral color palette.
Because of the size of our inventory, we are unable to keep rugs open and on display in store. Please note that slight shadows or differences in color may be shown in photographs due to how rugs are folded for storage. Any creases will surely fall out once the rug has been brushed and left open for a bit of time. We apologize for any inconsistency in appearance online.
As this is a vintage, hand-woven rug, there may be some signs of age and use. Though we believe this wear only contributes to the character and uniqueness of each piece, the Nomadic Trading team will work to repair items when necessary.
