Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business at Nomadic Trading Company, we cannot offer returns on items purchased online, apart from rugs. Please read below for details. 

Most items are intentionally packaged and shipped via specialized freight carrier to ensure safe handling and delivery of our vintage pieces, as they are often rare, fragile or heavy. As there is no way to guarantee that return shipping precautions and procedures are met, we therefore do not accept returns. Thus, sales are final. 

Please note that this policy excludes the potential return of rugs purchased online. Rugs must be returned in a package similar to original shipment materials or placed in a transportation-safe cardboard box. However, as all rugs come with free shipping upon purchase, Nomadic Trading Company will not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers must cover any return shipping and handling fees for rugs.
