NEARLY ANTIQUE KARS TRIBAL RUG FROM THE CAUCASUS
This vintage rug is a piece from the Cauasus. Made by the Karzak tribe known for its distinctive rugs, this piece is one of excellent craftsmanship and condition. Made in the 1930s, the color and knotting of this piece has held, and is sure to remain, steadfast. The repetitive geometric motifs, gorgeous colors, and high quality workmanship make for a piece that is simply stunning.
Because of the size of our inventory, we are unable to keep rugs open and on display in store. Please note that slight shadows or differences in color may be shown in photographs due to how rugs are folded for storage. Any creases will surely fall out once the rug has been brushed and left open for a bit of time. We apologize for any inconsistency in appearance online.
As this piece is made of vintage, hand-woven rugs, there may be some signs of age and use. Though we believe this wear only contributes to the character and uniqueness of each piece, the Nomadic Trading team will work to repair items when necessary. For more information regarding purchase of this rug and similar pieces, please reach out at sales.nomadic@gmail.com.
