SOF363 'OSAKA' LOVESEAT BY M.VISSER DESIGN
MARTIN VISSER 'OSAKA' LOVESEAT IN BLACK LEATHER AND CHROME, DESIGNED IN 1969
This mid-century modern loveseat is a designer piece. Conceived by Martin Visser, an acclaimed designer of the late-20th century from the Netherlands, and made by 't Spectrum, this piece was designed for the 1970 World's Fair in Japan. With its button-tufted black leather, leather straps supporting the seat and back, and its shimmering chrome frame, this piece is both elegant and timeless. Though the leather has wear consistent with its age and use, it has been restored in order to align with its intended image. While the chrome frame of this piece has some signs of age, it is in fantastic condition. Only in production for five years, this piece is as rare as it is stunning.
Please note this piece measures 58" in length, 32" in width, 15" in seat height and 24.5" in height overall.
As this item is a vintage good, it may show a degree of use. While we believe natural wear contributes to the uniqueness and character of every piece we sell, the Nomadic Trading team will work to provide the best options available and restore items when necessary.
