This rug is a flatweave vintage piece. This rug in particular is from the region of Malatya in Turkish Kurdistan. Malatya rugs are known for their course knotting, along with repetitive geometric motifs. This piece adheres to that standard, while its use of color brings a strong sense of beauty to the rug. This piece is in great condition, and will retain its beauty for years to come. 

Because of the size of our inventory, we are unable to keep rugs open and on display in store. Please note that slight shadows or differences in color may be shown in photographs due to how rugs are folded for storage. Any creases will surely fall out once the rug has been brushed and left open for a bit of time. We apologize for any inconsistency in appearance online.

As this is a vintage, hand-woven rug, there may be some signs of age and use. Though we believe this wear only contributes to the character and uniqueness of each piece, the Nomadic Trading team will work to repair items when necessary.
