This vintage Sarouk rug from Iran has been reclaimed. By washing the piece to remove the harsh dyes and cutting the pile of the rug down, this piece has been given a worn, more antique look. This piece is a great example of repurposing a once brightly colored, traditional rug into a more subtly modern piece with a limited color palette.

Because of the size of our inventory, we are unable to keep rugs open and on display in store. Please note that slight shadows or differences in color may be shown in photographs due to how rugs are folded for storage. Any creases will surely fall out once the rug has been brushed and left open for a bit of time. We apologize for any inconsistency in appearance online.

As this is a vintage, hand-woven rug, there may be some signs of age and use. Though we believe this wear only contributes to the character and uniqueness of each piece, the Nomadic Trading team will work to repair items when necessary.
