This podium is a newly made piece using antique materials. The base of the podium is an lightpost from France, circa 1800; made entirely out of cast iron, it is incredibly heavy. The weight of the piece overall makes it very sturdy and reliable in its new purpose as a podium. The base of the piece is a very dark green, almost black color.

Please note the base of this piece measures 10.75" in length from left to right and 8.25" in width from front to back, while the wood top measures 18.5" and 16" respectively. Overall, the podium stands at 43.5" tall.

As this item is made using a vintage good, it may show a degree of use.
